Warranty Information
Lumitronics warrants its lights and accessories to be in working order and corrosion-free during normal use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the product. If the product should have issues during normal use, Lumitronics will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the replacement part necessary to put the product in good working condition. This warranty applies only to Lumitronics products installed in the United States of America, Canada or Mexico (North America).
Lumitronics also warrants all other aspects of the lights or accessories to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal usage in a recreational vehicle for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her Lumitronics product. All Lumitronics products are warranted for (1) year. If a defect is found during normal use, Lumitronics will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Lumitronics with all warranty claims. Lumitronics is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Lumitronics exceed the purchase price of the product.

Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, color, the date the product was purchased and from whom the product was purchased. Also include your original invoice. If you don't have an original invoice, a photo of your product showing our brand markings is required.

This fan worked well on the pop-out side of our hybrid camper. My husband always gets hot, and I don't, so the ability to have a fan blowing DOWN and not from the side was a welcome feature. However, unless you like loud noise during sleep, you will probably want to use the "low" speed. Thus, this fan also was our "white noise".

This is a great light with a LED lamp, and I like the two speed fan. The only thing that I would change is that I would like a second lamp that would be less bright (one bright & one night light), but not a big deal, is still great.

We have much older versions of this in our pop-up camper, and one was getting pretty noisy so it was time for replacement. It's pretty good, the light is bright and the fan is strong on level 2 and quiet on level 1. Deducting one star since they seem a little pricey for what they are.
