Warranty Information
Lumitronics warrants its lights and accessories to be in working order and corrosion-free during normal use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the product. If the product should have issues during normal use, Lumitronics will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the replacement part necessary to put the product in good working condition. This warranty applies only to Lumitronics products installed in the United States of America, Canada or Mexico (North America).
Lumitronics also warrants all other aspects of the lights or accessories to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal usage in a recreational vehicle for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her Lumitronics product. All Lumitronics products are warranted for (1) year. If a defect is found during normal use, Lumitronics will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Lumitronics with all warranty claims. Lumitronics is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Lumitronics exceed the purchase price of the product.

Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, color, the date the product was purchased and from whom the product was purchased. I picked this up for my 2005 Fleetwood Seapine popup. Opened the camper up the other day and plugged it in.I mainly got it for the fan. The light doesn't work, and the clips dont work the greatest. They will hold, but they're plastic. They'll eventually break. It's ok, a 12v fan is what I really needed. So itll work.

Works GREAT in our hybrid camper! Not too noisy and the light is good! Love the option of high or low in the fan! Take you time installing and removing on the bar and it will hold tight! Buying another one for the other end of our camper!

We purchased his to cool down our pop up camper bunk ends.This was not compatible with our 2017 Forest River Flagstaff 206LTD. It uses a barrel connector rather then the 1/4 jack connector that this model comes with. I donÕt expect the product description to list every compatible (or incompatible) RV, however; I would like to see some mention that these fans come in different models or a warning to verify our connection type.The construction seems decent and the clips seem strong. I wish the bulb was LED.The price is about half that of the factory parts store model you will find at the local RV store.

I absolutely love this product, works great, and the bulb can be changed without breaking it. It's also pretty quiet.
