Warranty Information
Lumitronics warrants its lights and accessories to be in working order and corrosion-free during normal use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the product. If the product should have issues during normal use, Lumitronics will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the replacement part necessary to put the product in good working condition. This warranty applies only to Lumitronics products installed in the United States of America, Canada or Mexico (North America).
Lumitronics also warrants all other aspects of the lights or accessories to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal usage in a recreational vehicle for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her Lumitronics product. All Lumitronics products are warranted for (1) year. If a defect is found during normal use, Lumitronics will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Lumitronics with all warranty claims. Lumitronics is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Lumitronics exceed the purchase price of the product.

Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, color, the date the product was purchased and from whom the product was purchased. Only have used on one camping trip so far, works fine most of the time. I sometimes find that the fan is spinning up fast then slowing down intermittently - have to power the fan off and turn it back on. After that it works fine for a while. Not sure if this is a sign of failure or just a defect

I replaced the original bulbs with LEDs for efficiencies sake. The fan really only works on the high setting. On the low setting it works for a few minutes and then winds down to a stop. If you flip it back to high it starts right up again. Not sure why the low setting does not work. Happens with the camper running off battery or off of the converter.

Excellent customer service! Ordered two, one was bad. They immediately sent out a replacement! Was well appreciated on a warm summer night in the pop up camper! 2 speeds and a light to boot. Nice sound for sleeping! :)
