Warranty Information
Lumitronics warrants its lights and accessories to be in working order and corrosion-free during normal use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the product. If the product should have issues during normal use, Lumitronics will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the replacement part necessary to put the product in good working condition. This warranty applies only to Lumitronics products installed in the United States of America, Canada or Mexico (North America).
Lumitronics also warrants all other aspects of the lights or accessories to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal usage in a recreational vehicle for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her Lumitronics product. All Lumitronics products are warranted for (1) year. If a defect is found during normal use, Lumitronics will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Lumitronics with all warranty claims. Lumitronics is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Lumitronics exceed the purchase price of the product.
If you believe that you have a warranty claim, contact Lumitronics through our online contact form or send an email to info.lumitronics.store. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, color, the date the product was purchased and from whom the product was purchased. Also include your original invoice. If you don't have an original invoice, a photo of your product showing our brand markings is required.
LUMITRONICS AND/OR SELLER DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states/provinces do not allow limitations of how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. Item works as expected. Light is perfect and fan works great. Love the idea of being able to plug it into the light on the camper. Also love the idea that we can finally use the plugs for something!!

Great lights with multi-speed fans. It cooled off the pop up camper much more and faster than I expected. Shipping was fast and fans were in good shape when we got them. Harder to keep attached fully with a little boy who is curious about them, thus the 4 stars, but I suspect it's more the boy than the fans. ;-)

Ordered this months ago for our popup, but just got to use it this weekend. It did GREAT. The fan has 2 speeds. The high speed will move some serious air! The lower one is nice if you're just wanting a little more breeze.The light is amazing. Holy cow, you will NOT have issues reading with this. Very bright!And, the cord is just the right length to run to our ceiling fixture and the bunk's shepherd's hook without drooping.My favorite part is the clips. You can hang it from the top clip, and it hangs with the light down, or you can use the 2 clips on the back, and it will put the unit flat against the shepherd's hook pole and focus the light towards the bunk's exterior window. Keeps you from whacking your head, which I consider quite handy!
