Lumitronics offers FREE Standard Shipping (US Only) for all orders. We do not ship internationally.
Tracking numbers will be provided if available.
Orders require 24 hours to fulfill and will ship the next business day. Once shipped they will arrive in 1-5 business days depending upon the selection of service. Standard (5 business days), Expedited (2 business days) and Priority (1 business day). For example: If an order is placed on Friday and Priority service was selected, it would ship out on Monday and be delivered on Tuesday.

Lumitronics promises to deliver high-quality products for your recreational vehicle, in excellent condition, to your door. If, for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team. We can process general returns and refunds only for items purchased from Lumitronics. We offer free return shipping and replacement on all damaged or defective products only. All other products may be returned within 30 days of purchase at customers expense for a full refund.
To set up a return login to your account and click on the return link. Or to set up a general return please send and email to info@lumitronics.store. All returns must be set up within 30 days from the day you receive your product.
Billing Terms and Conditions
All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal as a form of payment.
An order may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once the payment is processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment.
