Warranty Information
Lumitronics warrants its lights and accessories to be in working order and corrosion-free during normal use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the product. If the product should have issues during normal use, Lumitronics will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the replacement part necessary to put the product in good working condition. This warranty applies only to Lumitronics products installed in the United States of America, Canada or Mexico (North America).
Lumitronics also warrants all other aspects of the lights or accessories to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal usage in a recreational vehicle for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her Lumitronics product. All Lumitronics products are warranted for (1) year. If a defect is found during normal use, Lumitronics will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Lumitronics with all warranty claims. Lumitronics is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Lumitronics exceed the purchase price of the product.

Some states/provinces do not allow limitations of how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. I had high hopes for this light set as it seemed very complete, with a complete wiring harness and all the necessary hardware. But I ran into two issues that led to disappointment and a lot of unexpected trouble shooting before I got them working satisfactorily. The first issue, and the reason I deducted two of the five stars is that the side-marker lights ar NOT submersible. The tail light units are equipped with rubber seals to maintain water-tight integrity and appear to be sturdily constructed. So it was with dismay that I discovered the side lights have no seals between lens and case and even the wire exits through a large, unsealed hole. These are obviously borrowed from a non-submersible set and have no business on a boat trailer. By the time I discovered this deficiency the set was unpacked and the tail-lights were installed, so rather than return them I carried on and sealed the markers' lenses and wire exit with clear silicone. Time will tell if it does the trick. After running the new wire harness and testing the outlet socket on the tow vehicle I ran into the second problem - no lights working on either of the side lights. After trouble-shooting with a tester I eventually tracked the issue down to the included quick-splice connectors. These are oversized for the gauge of the harness and light wires so that three out of four of them failed to cut through the insulation to make contact with the wire, despite being fully pinched in with lineman pliers. I had to use all four of these for the side lights because the wires from the side lights are only a few inches long - not enough to make it to a connection with the harness so I had to splice in a foot-long piece to complete it. I made the splices to the tail-lights using quick splice connectors I had in my tool box. These were a size smaller than the supplied ones and worked fine for the tail-lights. Replacing the kit's splices with more of mine brought the dead side lights to life, as well. What should have been a straight-forward job turned into an aggravating experience due to the miss-sized splice connectors.

Good product for the price. Arrived on time and came with everything necessary for easy installation. More than enough wiring, Installed in less than an hour and worked flawlessly the first time.

this would have been a much better review if the a light bulb didn't go out after the second use! Bummer.everything else was easy to install and worked well other than the side lights...I think the clamps used to attach the wiring aren't the best.

Just installed them and they work great. Haven't dipped them in the saltwater yet but with the price and ease of installation really happy so far. No ground wire needed is a plus too.

This is a good value for trailer lights. The plate holder is a little flimsy, but that seems to be an industry standard. The lights work great and the wire is decent quality.
