Warranty Information
Lumitronics warrants its lights and accessories to be in working order and corrosion-free during normal use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the product. If the product should have issues during normal use, Lumitronics will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the replacement part necessary to put the product in good working condition. This warranty applies only to Lumitronics products installed in the United States of America, Canada or Mexico (North America).
Lumitronics also warrants all other aspects of the lights or accessories to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal usage in a recreational vehicle for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her Lumitronics product. All Lumitronics products are warranted for (1) year. If a defect is found during normal use, Lumitronics will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Lumitronics with all warranty claims. Lumitronics is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Lumitronics exceed the purchase price of the product.
If you believe that you have a warranty claim, contact Lumitronics through our online contact form or send an email to info.lumitronics.store. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, color, the date the product was purchased and from whom the product was purchased. Also include your original invoice. If you don't have an original invoice, a photo of your product showing our brand markings is required.
LUMITRONICS AND/OR SELLER DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states/provinces do not allow limitations of how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state/province to state/province.
Nice and bright light. Replaced my old light on my camp trailer every easily.

A Brighter better light

Brighter than the incandescent lights that came with the trailer. The fit was perfect and they went right on. 6 leds with 3 on each side and the lights were slightly higher than the old lights which makes for better visibility. I would buy these again, but I think this will be the last lights I will ever have to buy for this trailer. Love the brighter way longer lasting leds.

and these snapped right in like they belong there

I have Truck-Lite model 19 bases already installed on my camper (same base as every other model 19 type slim clearance light), and these snapped right in like they belong there. I installed one of these right next to my old incandescent model 19 lights, and these have pretty close to the same light output, have really good color to them, and of course they use a fraction of the electricity. Great upgrade from the old incandescent lights.Also, one of these shipped to me with what looked like the sealant that they seal the housing with all over the inside of the lens. The light still worked just fine, but the lens was all fogged with the sealant. I called Northbay and their customer service was impeccable. They returned my call as soon as they could after the holiday weekend, had already found my order, verified my address, and sent a new light straight away, no questions asked. That's how every customer service interaction should go. Great product, great customer service. I'll definitely recommend these, and I'll definitely be looking for more products to buy from Northbay.
