Shipping

Free standard shipping over $25 on every US order. No minimum, no exceptions.

We ship from our US warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2 PM PT typically ship the same business day; everything else goes out the next business day. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once your label prints.

Standard shipping arrives in 1–5 business days depending on your distance from our warehouse. Expedited (2-day) and Priority (1-day) are available at checkout for an additional charge.

We ship to the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Returns

We stand behind everything we ship.

Damaged or defective: We replace it. We pay return shipping. Email info@lumitronics.store within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement and a prepaid return label.

Changed your mind: Return any unused product in original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping is on you in this case.

How to return: Log into your account and select the order, or just email us with your order number. We'll send return instructions and the address.

Refunds

Refunds process back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return. For credit card returns, the bank may take an extra business day or two to post the credit.

Order cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once shipped, follow the return process above.
