If, for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team. We can process general returns and refunds only for items purchased from Lumitronics. We offer free return shipping and replacement on all damaged or defective products only. All other products may be returned within 30 days of purchase at customers expense for a full refund.
