Welcome to lumitronics.store, operated by Lumitronics — a brand of Northbay Products, Inc., located at 19215 SE 34th St., Ste. 106-382, Camas, WA 98607 (“Lumitronics,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

1. Use of the site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes, and for legitimate business purposes if you are a shop, dealer, or fleet operator. You agree not to:

Use the site to violate any law

Misrepresent yourself or use someone else's payment method without authorization

2. Products and orders

We make every effort to display product specifications, dimensions, and images accurately. Colors may appear slightly different on your screen than in person.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel after payment, we refund in full.

Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where applicable.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed by secure third-party processors. We do not store full payment card numbers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumitronics's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

All content on this site — text, images, logos, product designs — is owned by Northbay Products, Inc. or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without written permission. The Lumitronics name and any associated logos are trademarks of Northbay Products, Inc.

8. User-submitted content

If you submit a product review, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our business. You represent that the content is yours to submit and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
